Store Policy
Please be aware all Daireh items are handcrafted in Washington DC, and may take up to 2 days to be prepared for shipment (including the date of order). We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.
We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.
Please note that any Daireh items you see on the official @daireh.design Instagram are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at info@daireh.com
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
•We offer return on new items within 7 days of receiving your order
•We offer store credit on new items within 30 days of receiving your order
•We won’t accept refund or exchange after 30 days
•However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact info@daireh.com to discuss your particular situation.
•Please note, we don’t offer refund on earnings due to hygiene reasons.
Conditions of return
Please be aware buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We ask that you return your items in original condition and we can process refund in your original form of payment, please allow few days for it to clear.
SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:
All shipping rates are calculated through UPS.
At this moment we are not offering international shipping, however feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
